  Service: 5-we received wonderful service from our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable of the products they sold.
  
  Variety:3 -We looking for a new living room set and a TV stand. Possibility pictures too. It was about a handful of TV stands. The ones that was decent I felt like they might have been a little over priced. The sectionals where nice as well, but the material was very "suspect" the sales person said it was very durable and sturdy, but it definitely didn't look like. The pictures we seen was absolutely beautiful and well priced.
  
  Pricing:3- I felt that the quality of furniture available didn't match with the price tag for just about everything we looked at. I will be returning to get some pictures because they where priced very decent compared to other stores in the area.
  
  Overall: 3-We initially settled for a "leather" sectional that was about $700. We didn't go with the sectional because I read some reviews on the furniture and was horrified. They offer a protection plan I believe is about $70, but everyone said it was a waste of time purchasing. They also complained about the material being cheap and worn down very quickly. People also complained about delivery and how a lot of their merchandise was damaged and Bel- furniture wasn't comprising with them. Ended up going to rooms to Go, paid $300 more and got a nicer sectional and a TV stand.

  Brenda was very helpful and was knowledgeable about everything in the store. She wasn’t pushy and this is the best type of salesperson for us. We came in to buy some mattresses and left with our mattresses, a picture and a bedroom set. The prices are great and the service was top notch !
