  I contracted with Carpet Floor Designer in November for the purchase and installation of laminate flooring. They did not install the floors until December 10th and installed the flooring in the kitchen incorrectly. Their contract clearly states that there was a 90 day warranty on their services and they refuse to honor it. I called at least six times to have them come back to my home and fix the kitchen and they refused. I am currently seeking legal counsel to initiate a lawsuit because I paid them thousands of dollars for their sloppy and unprofessional flooring and installation and they will not honor their contract. In addition, the quality of laminate flooring they installed is terrible. The flooring chips easily and we have to replace several pieces after only 30 days of wear and tear. In my opinion this is a Very dishonest business!
