  This 1 star review is soley on the woman who was working the Mac counter. I went in to make a purchase. Not once in at least the 3 times that she passed me did she once greet me or ask if I needed anything. I purposely milled around thinking she would eventually get the hint that even with my work attire on...I deserved to be acknowledged. I don't appreciate being ignored while those that came up after me were acknowledged and helped. I went to Dillard's where I was treated with respect, kindness and I made my purchase. I also noticed that the salespeople in Macy's were not friendly. Truly disappointed.

  I usually find pretty good deals and nice stuff here. I give it 3 stars because I waited 20 minutes just to check out. There should’ve been more cashiers working. As I got closer in line the cashier tried to tell me “oh we have a return center over there”, as if I was going to leave to go wait in another line. Good store, just hire more workers, especially during sales.
