  I had the best experience at the fragrance department. Ms. Dianna made it very easy to chose a wedding gift and even bought something for my self! Ms. Dianna is an asset to your company, very professional and extremely easy to communicate with. We need more sales representatives like her happy and ready to help!

  Macy's had better prices than their competitors on women's suits--at least on the weekend we were looking. A nice, higher end department store.
