  Market Square Tower has it's pro's and it's con's, like any apartment building.
  
  Pros: Concierge staff is wonderful, always going above and beyond! Obviously, the amenities are plentiful and unlike anything in Houston. Access to freeways and dog park is convenient. Depending which way you face, you'll have a killer view of downtown Houston.
  
  Cons: A huge portion Houston Ballet students live here, recently started to feel like a college dorm, especially on lower level floors. Certain management/leasing staff is rather lackadaisical. In unit-finishes are builder grade, nothing spectacular, especially considering what you pay monthly in rent.

  I recently stayed here in one of their guest suites, I have never had such a wonderful time. The amenities are top notch and the staff are all extremely friendly. I have no idea what some of the other reviewer are saying. I have known the manager of this complex, Jennifer, for years and have never known her to be anything but accommodating, friendly and professional. I guess there is no pleasing some people, especially when they feel they are entitled to special treatment. Everyone at Market Square deserves two thumbs up!
