  So..... company came out. Worked on my dishwasher. Said that I had a certain type of problem. Came back out and suddenly said that I am not covered because I have rodents that have chewed through my wires. The only evidence I had was on the surface. Slightly....but nothing that severed the wires. I had two Plumbers out here.....including an electrical expert that told me that the part that they were trying to replace was cut with wire cutters because the angle smashes the copper inside of the wire as opposed to rodents who will chew through and leave it frayed. This company has definitely deceived me and my warranty company and wanted to have me spend $500 to fix my $700 dishwasher. Apparently they make more money when the warranty company doesn't cover something. Has to be a private individual willing to spend money to cover the repair. I had an hour conversation with the owner who tried to convince me how reputable he was. I was very disappointed in the way that he presented himself. And I was very disappointed in the way that he did not present me with the options and basically did not present the truth to the company and the warranty that I carried.
