  Every time i call this place they put me on hold and when i talk to someone they never have time to take care of my request quickly it seems like they need more help at this location. I was put on hold twice today, it was almost like being hung up on. I just used a printer down the street my order was ready within the hour no hold time.

  The service in the printing section sucks!!!!!
  They don’t know what they are doing. No ones ever there to print the stuff and when they do they take yours to get a simple project done because they don’t know how to use their own machines. They need better trained people.
