  We had a lot of issues with funding for our house (all of our own issues nothing to do with palm harbor) but Mary Zapata was with us every step of the way! She has gone above and beyond for us! She has listened to me cry and be upset but never gave up on us! We are should be closing next week and couldn't be happier! I would recommend for any one looking for a manufactured home to go here, make sure you ask for Mary!

  All I have to say is go somewere else. Dont waste your time and your credit points when they check your credit to end up with nothing.. All you get is let me check answer in text messages.. I want to say Thank you Ivan for everthing that you did not do .. And 16 point less for my credit check .
