  I have been at 1 of their apartment complexes for a year now.The apartment above has kids that run, jump and stomp through their apartment all hours of the day as late as 2-3 am.I have filed numerous complaints along with other residents to the management team. I recently renewed my lease because I was told that my noisy neighbors would be given a 30 day notice to either move to a downstairs unit or leave the complex. The noise continues and now I am getting different excuses from management on site. Called the area management back in Nov 16 about this issue and nothing was done. I am going to break my lease and get out of this place
  
  Update 9/30/17 I called Melissa 2 weeks ago and she told me the situation with my noisy neighbors would be resolved within a week and that she would call me back. Nothing has been done, no call back from Melissa, and I even called her again with no response. No choice but break my lease and get the hell out of Westmount at Summer Cove.
