  While the company was able to dispatch a tech out the same afternoon we called, when they arrived, they were upset because we had another company here, also giving us a quote on repair work. Rather than tell us they were leaving, or giving any explanation, they left. I would definitely appreciate more professional conduct from any company I hired.
