  I have lived In different places in Montrose, and Royce Properties is by far the WORST property management company I have every come by. They are lazy, disrespectful, and not to mention greedy.
  
  Our home was constantly infested with fleas, and MICE. They never did anything about it and when we paid ourselves to get po festivals in to take care of it, they didn’t foot the bill. I was paying an absurd amount of rent and getting NOTHING included, not WiFi, electrical, water, or even trash. The appliances, dishwasher, laundry, always broke down. I was spending a fortunes on electrical bc the house was not properly insulated.
