  The experience have been very horrible ,several problems that were pointed out the first day moving in they took forever to even come to take a LOOK at the problems. I had to personally fix the stove with an store bought tool set. Car was towed two night in the row due to failure to communicate. First night was kind of understood because of the expired date on the handicap sticker , But prior to the second night we were told unmarked reserved spots were first come first serve no further details were giving about the spots but the second night they towed claiming it was because of the lack of residence sticker but to make it all worse the car was a loaner car from the car lot and the office was clearly notified that after the first incident. I paid a total of 668- 1st night - $288
  2nd night - $380 due to extra storage charges due to their closure on the weekends. Still being left to pay the $500 dollar labor fee pending prior to these two events.
  Every month the monthly payments escalates 20 and 30 dollars every month then we're forced to pay a trash fee with out an option, I personally told the trash people it wasn't necessary to come take the trash and once again I was forced a 35$ fee when the advertising fee priced is shown to be $25
  Horrible parking , stray animals , . Overall it has been an horrible experience it just feels like they're getting over and creating extra charges I wouldn't recommend anyone until this apartment organizing system is improved.
